What Are My Shipping Fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a Exhaust King error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by Exhaust King, a return shipping label will be provided.

We will handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the "Warranty" page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid Exhaust King shipping label.

If you have not received your merchandise, but your tracking number indicates that it has been delivered.
Please contact us and a replacement will be processed within 72 business hours. We'll cover the cost of the new product and handle the claim with the courier.
Exhaust King ships merchandise worldwide using FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS. Many of the products on Exhaustking.com will ship for free; if your order total without shipping is more than $99, simply add the merchandise to your cart and enter your address to see real time shipping costs.
