30-Day Return Policy
We accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer. All returns must be preapproved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning. All authorized returns must be unused and in their original packaging, including all items and components that were included in the original package. We will not accept items that have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.
If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and refer to our Return Procedure. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in processing a return for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 calendar days for all products, regardless of the party at fault. Exhaust King will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or rental car expenses caused by using the wrong or defective part during installation.
Return Procedure
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us at sales@exhaustking.com.

6. Part number(s) of the item(s) you want to return
7. Part names
8. A complete and detailed explanations as to why the part is being returned
9. Vehicle Information
RMA number(s) along with return shipping instructions will be sent through email immediately after receipt of the fully completed form. An RMA number is required to track and process your return.
Please expect to be contacted by our agents in case additional information is required. All items for return must be packaged securely. Please check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. Exhaust King will not be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging. As a result, no credit will be given.
Refund Processing
Refunds are normally processed and credited within 24-48 hours after our warehouse receives your returned product. Once the returned part has been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited via the payment method you used to buy the item you ordered. If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account.
Freight Charge
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a Exhaust King error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:

We will handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the "Warranty" page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid Exhaust King shipping label.

If you have not received your merchandise, but your tracking number indicates that it has been delivered.
